This blog is done through the blogger but hosted separately. Where it is hosted does capture log files of general statistics on how many visits there are everyday etc. Standard stuff that comes with website hosting.
I'm not sure whether cookies or web beacons are used by blogger when posts are made or when you read the blog. I do post product links and ads from advertising partners.
