Oriental dresses, also known as cheongsams are made of silk and brightly colored. Hey, that goes with the global look and the result is gorgeous. You'd stand out from the crowd too.
Cheongsams typically feature embossed prints on bright fabrics. Typically red.
These dresses, although they cover the skin and hardly show any cleavage, chinese dresses are sexy. They show off lots of leg via a very high slit. A flash of leg as you move is a lot sexier than mini skirts because giving a glimpse of the skin teases the men much more than showing lots of legs all the time would.
Did you watch the movie Memories of a Geisha? The training of the geisha involved knowing how to give only a glimpse of skin to leave the guys wanting more. Okay. Geishas were Kimonos. Cheongsams are traditional Chinese dresses. But the allure of the orient is seen in both outfits.
The authentic cheongsams cling to every curve, which can be unforgiving to the less than perfect figure. These
chinese dresses are more forgiving with a little more give and all the sensuality of the originals. Okay, some of them are tight and if you've got the figure for it, go for the tighter versions.
